SMS/text messaging. If you opt in to receive text messages from GXT, we collect your phone number and consent record. Message and data rates may apply. Automatically collected. We use privacy-respecting analytics (Plausible) and, where enabled, Google Analytics to collect aggregate usage data such as pages viewed, referrer, approximate region, device, and browser. We use cookies/local storage only as needed for the site to function and for analytics.
App data. Our mobile apps may collect account details, device/diagnostic data, and the information you enter to use the app's features, as described in each app's store data-safety disclosure.
We share information only with service providers who process data on our behalf under contract (e.g., hosting/CDN, analytics, messaging/telephony, scheduling), when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We never share mobile opt-in consent or phone numbers collected for SMS with third parties for their own marketing.
