Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how Global X Technology ("Global X Technology," "GXT," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the RingBlast mass voice and SMS broadcast platform ("RingBlast" or the "Service"), available at g-x-t.com and through the RingBlast mobile and web applications. Global X Technology is a sole proprietorship registered in California (EIN 82-4669722).

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to operate RingBlast and to deliver the broadcasts our users send. Specifically:

Account information from RingBlast users: name, email address, phone number, password (stored hashed), and authentication tokens.
Contact list ("ring") information uploaded by RingBlast users: recipient names and phone numbers, plus any labels or grouping a user attaches to a ring.
Message content: voice recordings and SMS text composed by RingBlast users for the purpose of broadcast.
Delivery metadata: timestamps, delivery and error status from our telecom carrier, opt-out keywords received from recipients, call duration for voice broadcasts.
Device and log data: IP address, app version, operating-system version, and basic event logs needed to diagnose problems and prevent abuse.

3. How we use the information

We use the information above only to:

Deliver the voice calls and SMS messages a RingBlast user has chosen to broadcast.
Authenticate RingBlast users and protect accounts from unauthorized access.
Honor opt-out requests (STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE) and similar consumer-protection signals.
Provide customer support and respond to inquiries sent to our contact email.
Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.
Meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

We do not use phone numbers or message content for advertising. We do not sell personal information.

4. SMS messaging specifics

SMS messages sent through RingBlast are sent on behalf of the RingBlast user who composed them. RingBlast users are required to obtain prior express consent from each recipient before adding that recipient's phone number to a ring, in compliance with the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and applicable carrier rules.

Opt-out: Recipients may opt out of any RingBlast SMS broadcast at any time by replying STOP to the message. Opt-out is honored immediately; we suppress further SMS to that number from that sender's account.
Help: Reply HELP to receive contact information and help text.
Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on the RingBlast user's broadcast schedule.
Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply, charged by the recipient's mobile carrier.

5. How we share information

We share the minimum information needed to operate the Service, and only with the following categories of recipients:

Twilio, Inc. — our telecom carrier and messaging service provider. Twilio receives the destination phone number and the message content for each broadcast in order to deliver it. Twilio's handling of that data is governed by Twilio's own privacy policy.
Cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., Google Firebase, used for application hosting, authentication, and database services) under standard data-processing terms.
Legal and safety — when required by subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process, or when necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of GXT, our users, or the public.

We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade personal information to third parties for their own marketing or advertising. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

6. Data retention

We retain account information for as long as a RingBlast user maintains an active account, plus a reasonable period afterwards for legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes. Voice recordings and broadcast metadata are retained for up to 24 months by default and may be deleted earlier on user request. Opt-out records are retained indefinitely so that we can continue to honor opt-out elections.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA), including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address in section 11.

8. Children

RingBlast is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted-at-rest cloud storage, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Updates to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email to RingBlast users.
