Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how Global X Technology LLC ("Global X Technology," "GXT," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the RingBlast mass voice and SMS broadcast platform ("RingBlast" or the "Service"), available at g-x-t.com and through the RingBlast mobile and web applications. Global X Technology LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming (EIN 82-4669722) with its operating address in Bakersfield, California.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to operate RingBlast and to deliver the broadcasts our users send. Specifically:

Account information from RingBlast users (called "Senders"): name, email address, phone number, password (stored hashed), and authentication tokens.
Recipient phone numbers that a Sender adds to a "ring," together with the time the number was added.
Recipient consent records: the date and time a recipient replied YES to our confirmation SMS (or STOP to opt out), and the content of those reply messages.
Message content: the voice recordings and SMS text composed by Senders for the purpose of broadcast.
Delivery metadata: timestamps, delivery and error status from our telecom carrier, opt-out keywords received from recipients, call duration for voice broadcasts.
Device and log data: IP address, app version, operating-system version, and basic event logs needed to diagnose problems and prevent abuse.

3. How we use the information

We use the information above only to:

Send the confirmation SMS that asks the recipient to opt in (reply YES) or opt out (reply STOP) when a Sender first adds the recipient to a ring.
Deliver the voice calls and SMS messages a Sender has chosen to broadcast, but only to recipients who have replied YES to the confirmation message.
Authenticate Senders and protect accounts from unauthorized access.
Honor opt-out requests (STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, CANCEL) and respond to HELP requests.
Provide customer support and respond to inquiries sent to our contact email.
Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.
Meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

We do not use phone numbers or message content for advertising. We do not sell personal information.

4. SMS messaging program — opt-in, consent, and disclosures

RingBlast uses a double opt-in model. The complete opt-in flow is documented at g-x-t.com/sms-opt-in.html. In summary:

A Sender adds a recipient's phone number to the Sender's ring inside the RingBlast app.
RingBlast sends that recipient a one-time confirmation SMS from our designated long code (currently +1 (661) 371-7589) asking the recipient to reply YES to confirm enrollment, or STOP to refuse.
Only after the recipient replies YES does RingBlast deliver any further broadcasts from that Sender to that recipient.
If the recipient replies STOP (or any other recognized opt-out keyword) at any time, that recipient is unsubscribed immediately and permanently from that Sender's broadcasts.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Mobile opt-in data, phone numbers, and SMS consent records collected by RingBlast are used solely to deliver the SMS broadcasts the recipient has consented to receive, and to honor opt-out and help requests. We do not sell, rent, lease, trade, or share this information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing, promotional, advertising, or lead-generation purposes, and we do not allow it to be used for that purpose by anyone we share data with for operational reasons (see Section 5).

Opt-out: Reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, CANCEL) to any RingBlast SMS to opt out. You will receive one final confirmation message and then no further messages from that Sender.
Help: Reply HELP to receive an automated message containing our support contact: Lloyd@lloydhollins.com.
Frequency: Message frequency varies based on the Sender's broadcast schedule. There is no fixed frequency cap.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by the recipient's mobile carrier.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. How we share information

We share the minimum information needed to operate the Service, and only with the following categories of recipients, all of whom are contractually prohibited from using the data for their own marketing or promotional purposes:

Twilio, Inc. — our telecom carrier and messaging service provider. Twilio receives the destination phone number and the message content for each SMS in order to deliver it. Twilio's handling of that data is governed by Twilio's own privacy policy.
Cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., Google Firebase, used for application hosting, authentication, and database services) under standard data-processing terms.
Legal and safety — when required by subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process, or when necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of GXT, our users, or the public.

We do not sell, rent, lease, trade, or otherwise transfer mobile phone numbers, opt-in records, message content, or SMS-related personal information to any third party or affiliate for that party's own marketing, promotional, advertising, or lead-generation purposes. This restriction applies to every category of data RingBlast collects in connection with the SMS program.

6. Data retention

We retain account information for as long as a Sender maintains an active account, plus a reasonable period afterwards for legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes. Voice recordings and broadcast metadata are retained for up to 24 months by default and may be deleted earlier on request. Opt-in and opt-out consent records are retained indefinitely so that we can continue to honor them.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA), including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address in Section 11.

8. Children

RingBlast is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted-at-rest cloud storage, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Updates to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email to Senders.
